Friday, August 7

7:30 PM - Texas Hold'em Tournament at Bazine American Legion

Saturday, August 8

9:00 AM - "Wheels in the Park" Car Show Registration (free to enter)

9:30 AM- Parade Line-Up (By Bazine Grade School on West Burgess Avenue) - Pre-registration not needed. Bring your entry and find a place to line-up and you will receive a form to fill out with your entry information and be given further instructions

10:00 AM - Community Parade - cash prizes awarded in several categories

11:00 AM - Opening Flag Ceremony Presented by Bazine Legion Olin Cole Post

ENJOY FOOD, FELLOWSHIP & FUN!!

Free BBQ courtesy of H-D Oilfield, Inc
Free Watermelon and WiFi provided by Golden Belt Telephone Association
Complimentary Bottled Water provided by Lane-Scott Electric Cooperative
"Wheels in the Park" Car Show
Fireman's Pin Hunt throughout the day
Adult Co-Ed Softball Tournament

AFTERNOON ACTIVITIES (1:00 - 3:00 PM)

Cornhole Tournament ($25 per team)
Old-Fashioned Kids' Games - bring your turtles!
Cake & Baked Goods Walk
Water Slides for various ages - pack your swimsuits (weather permitting)

EVENING ENTERTAINMENT

7:00 PM - 10:00 PM - Benish and Kisner will provide an evening of music

The Bazine Picnic continues to thrive because of community members, businesses, and friends who believe in preserving this hometown tradition.

Financial contributions help to cover expenses such as:

Tents, tables, and chairs
Parade prize money
Car show awards and expenses
Children's activities and games
Entertainment and event costs

If baking is more your style, donations of cakes, pies, cookies, or other treats for the Cake Walk are always appreciated. And if you'd like to lend a hand setting up, working an event, or helping behind the scenes, we'd love to have you join our team of volunteers.
