ATV/Golf Cart Permits and Dog Tags

2026 Permits for ATV's and Golf Carts and 2026 Dog Tags are available at the City office. Permits are $25 annually. Must provide proof of liability insurance and driver's license. All ATVs and golf carts operated on City of Bazine streets must have current permit and operated by a licensed driver. Dog tags are $5 annually if spayed/neutered or $15 if not. Current rabies vaccination records (if not on file with the city) and picture of the dog are required. All dogs over 6 months of age must be registered with the city. Your rabies tag that you receive at the vet is NOT the required tag for the city nor is it valid as proof of vaccination. Must have record from the vet (Heartland Veterinary will email them to me if you call and request they do so). Deadline for permits and dog tags is April 1st. There will be $10 per month fine added to cost of dog tags per month after May 1. This does not include dogs that reach age of 6 months or are new to the household after this date.
