New Option for Receiving Water Bills

If you would like to have your water bill emailed to you instead of receiving it through the mail, please include your email address with your next payment. I will then send a test email to you to be sure I have the correct address and will then send your next bill via email. I have had seveeral issues with people not receiving their bill in the mail. I try to get bills sent out so that you receive them by the first or second of the month. If you do not receive your bill in the mail by the 5th of the month, please contact me via call or text at (785) 398-1260 so that I can get another bill sent to you or get you the amount that you owe via phone call or text. If you start to have me email you your bill, I will do my best to get them emailed to you by the first of the month.
